At N.Peal, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury cashmere. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your luxury cashmere items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt.
